Hair Help

Sometimes our hair needs a little help to look it's best.
Stress, environment, air conditioning, smoking and diet can all have an effect on our hair yet it is usually the last to get any special treatment.
Having healthy hair not only make you look great but feel great also so why not try the recipes below and give your hair a break!

Banana Hair Mask
1 banana
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
Mash ingredients until creamy. Apply to hair, cover head with plastic wrap, let sit for 15-30 minutes - in the sun if possible.
Rinse completely and shampoo as usual.

Dry Hair Infusion

To assist in nourishing dry hair.

10 g Comfrey Leaf Cut
10 g Elder Flowers Rubbed
10 g Sage Rubbed Leaf
1 litre Water


INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place water in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
2. Put herbs into the water, cover and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and cool for 1 to 2 hours, then strain.
4. Use the liquid infusion to rinse through your hair.
5. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 1 week.

PRECAUTIONS
1. Do not use the infusion while it is still hot as this will scald and burn the scalp.

Luxury Hot Hair Oil


To bring shine, moisture and protection to the hair and scalp.

INGREDIENTS
25 ml Jojoba Oil
25 ml Almond Oil
20 ml Castor Oil
20 ml Olive Oil
5 ml Wheatgerm Oil
5 ml Evening Primrose Oil

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Measure, combine and gently heat oils using the double boiler method. 2.Once warmed apply to dry hair and comb through.
3. Massage excess oil into the scalp.
4. Wrap hair in a towel for 15-20 minutes.
5. Wash hair with shampoo and towel dry.

PRECAUTIONS
1. Do not heat oils too hot as they will burn the scalp.
